My pt is if you dont encourage your kids to socialize/interact with extended family and they dont develop close bonds, dont complain about it.

Its clear in our family their parenting decisions shaped the kids' relationships with everyone else.

Your point is irrelevant. The conversation is only about forced touching, literally no one is suggesting you shouldn't encourage your kids to socialize with family.
