My brother-in-law is occasionally a real space cadet with words, and his siblings give him shit for stuff he said accidentally years ago, and this is one of them.
Not a wildbeef, but he also said "whiff of breeze" for a mild draft he felt while sitting in a restaurant with all of us one time. (Not all of his word stuff is about air.)
We also caught him cutting a pork chop with the handle of his knife one time... He didn't even realize he was doing it.
