According to a source Will Dawkins did not allow Brian Keefe to wear his glasses for the last two seasons. Essentially, he was coaching blind!! Now that the tank is over Keefe is allowed to finally see!!!

I was not expecting to live the Deandre Ayton minutes as much as I did but…

Credit to him, they kept his role pretty simple and he was an easy target for Trae. Also had some nice tough defensive possessions at the rim.
It’s a long season, and I’m sure there will be games where he is frustrating, but we desperately needed a bench big, and we may have got a steal with him.
