This skyborne thing... So apparently I watched Platinum Wow's video on them and I got this question. So while all this stuff was going on in Dire Maul, did no one from Feathermoon Stronghold ever care to see what was going on??? I'm assuming that this revolution thing or uprising was not quiet and was really loud and magicky, wouldn't some bypasser walking on the path outside of the city hear or see something? Or at least, wouldn't mainstream night elf society see the Highborne fleeing to the coast onto ships when their rebellion failed?

Feathermoon Stronghold didn't exist at the time. Their revolution was 10,000 years ago right after the War of the Ancients. Feathermoon Stronghold comes much later. Shandris is still a teenager when it happens.

There are lore books in the Skyborne zone that mention a new port nearby, which may have been where Feathermoon Stronghold would be located later down the line. The owners of the port were killed for letting the rebels escape on its ships.

It is implied Malfurion was both aware and supporting the Dire Maul rebels. But when the rebels left, they didn't go up the coast. They sailed West to the other side of Azeroth, found some islands there, and those islands were raised into Skywall by their elemental allies later.
