You will watch what the algorithm feeds you and you'll like it! Now shut up and click on this AI ad for a gambling app or some prescriptions from an online doctor who will never meet you.

Don’t forget ads for AI apps that can take photos of women and turn them into videos of them doing sexual acts.

I’ve literally gotten ads like that. Or one of a girl playing slap bass in her car. I’ve gotten ads like that on YouTube shorts.

"I'm slap bass president for God's sake. Oh yeah, used to be Mark King, but we had a thumb duel and I smashed him into the ground like a blonde tent peg. Get back to Level 42!"

I have never seen an ad like that anywhere. Not even on twitter, which is nothing but a constant feed of ads for garbage.

I swear to fucking Christ it happened.

I’m a bit of a gooner so my targeted ads can be pretty horny but I couldn’t believe it when I saw it.

I had screen recordings of it but I think I deleted it when I was cleaning out my photos a couple of months ago.

I got one of these ads on TikTok last night and did record that. If there’s a way for me to post it somewhere then I’d be happy to.

It’s annoying as fuck because you can hardly swear on these platforms without getting your video removed or demonetized yet here they are advertising this shit.

Edit: uploaded the TikTok advertisement to my Reddit profile.

Good to admit it, as every reply would be about targeted ads if you didn't

Just because you goon on other websites (or even YouTube) doesn't give them carte blanche to show you porn ads. Consuming related content is not consent

Oh agreed.

I’m more annoyed that they censor speech on their platforms but will show you this horseshit.

Not only is it non consensual for them to show it to me, it’s more weird that they’re advertising a service that allows you to sexualize others without their consent.

You can post videos directly to Reddit and you have a "personal subreddit" (r/u_hackinwhackinsmackin) that you can post them to.

Oh shit! Thanks

Sorry, despite my account age I’m actually a long time Reddit user and think the profile things is cringe and lame BUT finally I have a use for them

u/hackinwhackinsmackin 9h ago

I uploaded it to my YouTube channel. Please don’t judge the cringe that I post

It already tells me removed for sexual content. Which if it was of an ad on their site it doesn't make sense, fuckin YT

3

u/hackinwhackinsmackin 9h ago

I assumed that would happen. I wonder if making it private would work.

if they got it that fast it's probably automated. but maybe

I was a bit confused about "a girl playing slap bass." I had to think about it for a while, before I realized "oh female masturbation, duh"

But I then got a dumb thought: "I wonder if Gemini would be able/willing to translate the euphemism directly for me." I prompted it a few ways, but every time it seemed very insistent that your comment is referring to a non-sexual deluge of female bass players flooding YouTube with low-effort bass content. Which is such a lovelier idea than the reality of what you're describing.

Sorry, i can’t remember where I originally heard the phrase before but I use it all the time now.

Oh don't worry, once you know what it's referring to, it's immediately obvious. Very evocative
