I've got some self hosted stuff that i access through my own domain. Media servers and apps for private and family use. Does this affect them or do I need to do any thing?

Same for me, but connecting via Tailscale so I think I’m okay?

So long as you know for sure no one with Tailscale is on your tailnet, then this seems like a low risk. Nothing is ever a straight "yes you'll be okay," but in terms of what is actually exposed here, I'm not going to freak out on my containers that I have on my tailnet. Everything is pretty well locked down and I'll run the updates I need on my server tomorrow.
