I've got some self hosted stuff that i access through my own domain. Media servers and apps for private and family use. Does this affect them or do I need to do any thing?

Is any of it exposed to the internet?

Yes, albeit behind Https and login pages rather than just exposed web pages

The vulnerability walks right through "login pages". The issue is how the server processes the request before executing the PHP code.
