Hear me out.

Sniper rifles, but engineered to have whipped cream pie as the ammo.

Billionaire goes outside and BOOM pie in the face out of nowhere. Where'd it come from? No one knows, because that pie sniper was a half mile away.

Yep, there's enough of them now too that there's never a reason to. Before they needed to get their social fill...now they have other billionaires to do that with.

Billionaires are their own country now. They don't identify as American or British or swedish, they're just "Billionaire".  So absolutely no patriotism or care about Society in general. They don't have to care about anything but themselves and making more billions.
