I would assume so. Many many websites took themselves off line as a precaution.

I mean it's great that on prem requires cloud to work. Want to console into the switch in your rack? Nah sorry.

I will never understand people switching over to meraki. It's like buying a car and then being told oh, you want to drive the car after the first year? Yeah you're going to have to pay a fee for for that.
