I will not promote Razorpay/Cashfree/GoKwik + COD sellers, please help [I will not promote]

I want to know if you check your COD orders remittence and is there any way I can match the payments with my payment gateway orders. Currently I have all the orders on razorpay but the remittence reports are from the courier services, so have to separately check the prepaid and COD orders.

Which gateway + courier service do you use and how do you check your COD payouts ? have you ever found a short payment by any courier service ?
Also I heard shiprocket lets you have the reports automated to some email ?

Treat it as a three-way match: order ID from the gateway, delivery status from the courier, and the remittance line from the courier report. Pull all three into one sheet daily, match on order or AWB number, and flag anything delivered but not remitted after the courier's agreed cycle. Short payments usually show up as weight disputes or RTO charges, so check those columns first.

Give exceptions an owner and a weekly deadline to raise with the courier. I lean on a decision intelligence platform to join gateway orders, courier delivery events, and remittance files, so a short payment shows up per order rather than as a gap in the bank balance.
