tbh the biggest issue with threads like these is that seekers dont specify what they actually bring to the table. Would be nice if the template nudged people toward listing their own skills, not just what they need

I'm building ProofSkill, a platform for startups and companies that want to evaluate developers based on actual coding ability rather than just resumes or interviews.

The idea is simple: provide an existing codebase and describe a problem that needs solving. ProofSkill automatically prepares verification tests, evaluates submitted solutions in isolated environments, and identifies which developers actually met the requirements.

We've got a working prototype and have successfully tested the process end-to-end.
