Missing someone doesn't mean you need them back.
Sometimes you can miss someone and still know that letting them go was the right decision.
You can miss the conversations, the little moments, and the version of yourself that existed when you were with them.
But slowly, you start realizing that missing someone doesn't mean you need them back.
You can wish them well, appreciate what the experience taught you, and still choose a different life for yourself.
I think healing is when you stop needing the story to end differently to be okay with how it ended.
Here's to finding peace without needing all the answers. š±

When you forgive others, they may not even realize it, but you begin to heal yourself. Forgiveness isnāt something we do for others; itās a gift we give ourselves.

Donāt ever regret having a soft heart. We do get hurt, but thatās what make us who we are. We feel a lot and thereās a beauty in it.

You can't be a hero all the time.
Having empathy is a good thing. Wanting to help is a good thing. Understanding while setting limits is a good thing too. Prioritizing yourself is definitely a good thing too. š

Pay attention to what it takes to keep your life together
Sometimes the highest cost of something is not what it asks from you once. It is what it keeps asking from you over time.
Making yourself smaller here. More patient there. More useful somewhere else. More impressive. More available. More willing to accept less than what you actually need just to keep everything working.
A life that only works while you keep abandoning parts of yourself is asking too much from you.

Read this to level up your self concept now ā¦..
galleryHi guys today I am gonna talk about how I raise my self concept no bulls\\\\\\\*\\\\\\\*t guide letās go.
1)Subliminals - yes I listen to self concept subliminals matter of fact I had a guy who was mean to me in high school then I played a self concept subliminals for 50 minutes it was about self concept and boom this guy was texting me about hangoutās .
2)Shadow/ Inner work Work - Honey, shadow work helped me so much because in your concept everything falls in place you sometimes need to know your limiting beliefs and shadows to embrace or change them I did it by solving shadow work prompts and sitting with the concepts. Remember if what you see right now took time to build them what you will have will take time too just be patient.
3)Inner Conversation- This is very important most people tends spend 90% of their day in their head conversing with themselves overthinking but in a self depreciating manner you assumptions create your reality why not use it to your advantage talk to yourself like you would talk to your best friend.
4)Affirmations- You can use affirmations simply to change and redirect your mind I was feeling ugly a few days ago then I captured my picture differently and I felt pretty and I used affirmations too. It works guys just persist with it.
5)Toxic people and content cut I canāt tell you the number of people I have blocked cut off left behind because some people are here really for a season donāt give temporary petiole permanent access. Let their behaviour speak for them also toxic or self depreciating content is not fun guys please donāt join the trend of people who speak down on themselves they are beautiful I am ug⦠just donāt finish the sentence you are not . Ok donāt watch media which makes you self conscious thereās really no beauty standard guys itās just all you .
Thatās all love hope it helped bye love you all keep on working on yourself.

I'm getting there.
For the past year or two, I have been working out and doing a lot to help with my mental health as well as my body image. I have been taking pictures and such to feel better about myself. I feel it is working, and I have started taking care of my skin and hair more. I am starting to feel happy now. I am still alone, but I am working on myself and practicing self-love, you know? Thank you for listening. I hope you all have a wonderful day!

Grief is just love with nowhere to go (on a birthday)
Itās my exās 40th birthday today. The first one apart. Weāve been no contact since February. And today more than ever I just want her to know how loved she is and that I hope she is well. I needed to put this somewhere because all my love has no where else to go. Hope thatās ok. Happy birthday pork chop. X
Right. I need to go lose myself in some deep Reddit trawling. Thanks everyone for this space and community.

How do I not physically and emotionally neglect myself?
As a kid and teen I was neglected when I was ill, emotionally, and sometimes physically (never food wise but my parents would keep my room dangerously cold and when I was struggling with severe depression let me live in my trash.) I was always left to fend for myself and was never taught how to take care of myself.
I feel like other people have a mindset of āoh my parents did this for me of course I can show myself care itās second natureā but I literally donāt have that baseline.
Thank you so much

Maybe we're all a little unfinished. Trying to become someone we're still learning how to be.

I am doing shadow work today and what I learnt changed my life
galleryHi guys, this is not a long post but itās a personal breakthrough ,I usually use to rush with shadow work trying to solve as many questions as possible but today while I was doing the shadow work I realized I use to skip the most important part of it which caused the transformation and breakthrough that followed that is
ā¦..Sitting With The Emotions
Yes, we Often feel that we just have to mechanically do things but how many times a day do we actually sit with and process our feelings coz our feelings tend to talk us and are actively saying us a lot of things which tend to ignore. Something feel bass gulp it down something is weird gulp it down as a girl it becomes our natural instinct to gulp it down but letās be honest it can be terrible if with sit with lot of unprocessed emotions hurting us and our loved ones in the process. So to anybody who is healing heal it feel it take your time to process it you donāt have to catch a train you didnāt deserve the trauma but you deserve the healing bye love ā¤ļøšŖ

Words are not necessary
Words are not necessary to reveal our love.
Gently hold anotherās hand, quietly listen to their reflections, warmly hug them when they need strength, look deeply into their eyes, their soul within.
Then they will truly know your love.
