Probably people that use the riots as a way to do stuff like steal, maybe they can be like "It's okay because it's for the riot's cause". Sadly it leads to small businesses like this being screwed over, and makes the protesters who aren't looting and focusing on wanting change look bad.
The spiral of violence. People start peacfully, government uses police, people get riled up, police uses more force.
Both sides suffer in the end. Two kids 15 and 17 lost their hands to blending granates thrown by police while hundrets of merchants lost their lifelyhood.
I am not religious but this is an eye for an eye, a tooth for a tooth.
The order must be prevailed, the future must be secured at all costs.
While i am getting a great pleasure when i look how thing went to shit in France. This whole riot will do nothing positive to France, it will only make the longstanding issues of debt loop more severe.
I think the problem in your logic is that protesting in the streets is an illogical act at its base. Annoying the general public to get your way is a pretty quick path to not getting what you want.
