Rescue Pledges Needed ‼️🆘SBCAS/ URGENT! Poor Giselle is shutting down. Owner surrendered. This is so sad. She needs pledges/RESCUE ASAP! This sweet girl deserves so much better. Please help save her. She really needs out ASAP. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻💔

I know sometimes they can make arrangements to get the cat to another state. Someone once mentioned this when I made a similar comment, but my place doesn’t allow more than two cats. If you really are interested, please ask! I’d gladly switch my pledge to transportation costs.

Everyone! If you can't adopt, please consider fostering! It's only temporary, some shelters even pay for their food and you're saving a dog's life ❤️ Approximately 360,000 dogs are euthanized in US animal shelters each year.

If you can't but wanna help otherwise, you can share these dogs on nextdoor or the many facebook groups for adoption/rescue! Tiktok and Instagram might help as well ❤️‍🩹

PLEASE urge legislators to end the kill policy in all U.S pounds! Enforce laws to ban uncontrolled backyard breeding instead!

I think we're all falling in love seeing her and knowing of her loss. If I didn't live on the east coast, I'd be right there to adopt this girl.

A couple years ago I adopted my boy after his owner died. He was left by relatives at the shelter. He was clearly grieving and disoriented for about 3 months. Thankfully he came through and is a love bug now.

When I got covid a couple years ago, I stopped breathing and lost consciousness. He started jumping on my chest repeatedly. It was enough to revive me. I was able to turn myself prone and re-start breathing. When I don't feel well, he stays right by my side. I'm so fortunate he's my boy.

Thank you for your hard work and devotion.

When my cat laid in his litter box, he was dying. He had no control.over his bowels and he was embarrassed about it. I kept telling him 'its alright, I love you.' I would clean him up and bring him to bed. Then I had to make the decision to put him to sleep. It was hard on the family but it was harder to see him suffer.

Thank you so much! She’s actually safe. On her way to Reno this morning. I have been coordinating massive transport and rescue all week so I have not updated yet. At the moment I’m not doing long distance transports because rescues were having to hold the cats 3-6 months due to the erratic flight scheduling and many cancellations. The flight companions would often cancel last minute and leave rescues holding stressed out cats at the airport which got old real fast. So I don’t have any rescues willing to fly cats except Sunrise. She would have to have pulled the cat too. I’ll keep everyone updated on her though. She’s a lovely girl.

She got to our boarders and immediately climbed into her lap. Such a beautiful little girl. So we will make sure to keep everyone posted on her. 💗

Transport cost about 200 plus. I had a sweet pup transported from TX to N.C. Anyone interested can commit to adopt with a rescue have her pulled and transported. There are probably rescues in these posts. You have to be serious and it can take some time a week to a month but she would be out of the shelter and with a rescue or foster until transport. My pup was brought within 10 minutes of my house. There are amazing transports that travel far to save an animal. Search kitty rescues near the shelter she is at. Good luck and she deserves the absolute best life from now on. I adopted a 15 yo cat from my local shelter and guess who is 17 now. I wouldn’t have changed anything. She was a surrender at the shelter. She is my Cinderella and well I am the Fairy Godmother.

Donated $25.00 towards transportation. Each one of my 5 cats contributed $5.00 apiece. Some kind, loving, sympathetic individual please adopt poor Giselle. I’d be willing to bet that her loving human passed away and non of the remaining family were willing to love and care for Giselle. Prayers that Giselle finds herself another loving human who will care for her for the remainder of her life.

We don’t have all the details on every cat. Although Sometimes a family member will surrender the cat(s) after a person passes away. This seems to be the case with Giselle. Probably why she was so broken & shutting down. She likely was in the home when they passed. This is more common than people realize. It’s very sad and traumatic for pets to be left alone in a home with an owner that passes obviously. Years ago I rescued a beautiful dog (Australian shepherd/ Samoyed mix) who was caked with dried blood in LA. She was found next to her owner who had been stabbed 28 times I found out later. She had likely witnessed something. She was amazing though. Giselle will be ok. She’s safe now. 🙏🏻
