If they broke the law like Trump, go for it. I hold no loyalty to politicians.

Obama, Hilary, Biden, and Bush should be held accountable for indiscriminately murdering civilians in the middle east and for aiding and abetting Benjamin Netanyahu and Israel's genocide against the Palestinian people at minimum, they had more information than the public and allowed it to continue.

Don't defend war criminals, if we are going to hold one accountable, they should all be held accountable.

I understand what you are trying to say, but going for it if he is impeached again is a gross abuse of power.

He's claiming he's sitting on damaging information. If so, he needs to release it. Really detrimental to democracy to say he has damaging information and will only release it if he is politically damaged.

It's in his diaper, he was being literal

I think ultimately the guardrails of democracy are actually holding up, despite the massive challenges coming from capitalism. I do think a lot of people hit a breaking point with trump, and the current cult of MAGA personality are a fraction of their formidable size. That doesn’t stop online propaganda from metastasizing into loud echo Chambers, but I don’t think we’re actually talking about this administration receiving support to continue to move forward.

This outburst is a sign of weakness and fear. The last time he pulled this off was 2015, and had a lot more ear holes back then. I don’t see the same amount of Trump flags flying today, and I’m in the buckle of the Bible Belt where they used to fly higher than the American flags.

I think his bigger issue is that he can’t find a proper successor, he doesn’t know how to give power to anybody else.… so if he doesn’t die while he’s in office, he might have to face a consequence.

I think this is actual panic.

If he truly had anything of note, he would be posting about it constantly, screaming it from the roof tops. It would be a GOP talking point for two decades. This whole “I got big news in my back pocket” stuff is just for show, enticing people to turn out.

2

u/TherenArima 5d ago

Right, if he actually had something there, the Republicans would’ve posted it immediately, seeing as they’re obviously scared of the midterms outcome.

38

u/SecretLadyMe 5d ago

Exactly. If he actually knew something he would be violating his oath of office to protect and uphold the Constitution AGAIN. I honestly would love nothing more than to never hear his voice or name again.

6

u/jhorch69 5d ago

His legal team argued in court that he never swore to support the Constitution when there was a lawsuit over taking him off the ballot for insurrectionlmao

He will release it in two weeks. It will be a giant pile of folders on a table that no one is allowed to look at.

5

u/nightslayer78 5d ago

With clinton it would probably be epstin files which would implicate himself. Any corruption would set the bar as himself would of done to times more (at least)

u/Sweet_Concept2211 5d ago

If Trump was sitting on information that could damage Obama, Hillary, and Biden, he would have released it long ago.

This is from the fucking guy who claimed Obama wasn't really an American.

2

u/FrostGiant_1 5d ago

Will he release this damaging information “in 2 weeks”?

2

u/Jimbohamilton 5d ago

Isn’t it illegal to withhold evidence in criminal matters?

2

u/RackemFrackem 5d ago

Mob bosses don't give away information for the good of others. They use it as leverage.

2

u/Ill_Technician3936 5d ago

Considering his current impeachment by the house is shelved and then he has like 26 or 29 articles of impeachment that's been introduced it seems like he should release it. I doubt a special investigator would find anything and it'd show even more that he's unfit for office.

2

u/tRfalcore 5d ago

Why would anyone believe anything he says

16

u/SignificantPop4188 5d ago

Like everything he's done so far?

1

u/accountabilitycounts America 5d ago

True.

11

u/Russkun 5d ago

Yes. But he is full of shit and lies about everything. You can't take anything he says seriously.

Signed. Residents if the 51st state

It's also rich coming from him because all three of those mfers had outsized parts to play in him even being in that position in the first place.

Hillary and Bill killed the dem enthusiasm in 2016 by calling the Bernie supporters misogynists instead of working to keep their base together which would have won the Dems that election.

Obama, of course, bailed out wall street which then went on to fund the hell out of trump in 2016.

And then Biden chose to put a Republican in charge of prosecuting trump and then decided to let him slow walk the cases as long as he felt like.

All 3 made huge mistakes that let trump into the white house. So now, of course, he wants them jailed.

Little tyrant can't see the hill he stands on.

He literally campaigned to lockup Hillary. Ten years later, still nothing. If he was so hell bent on locking people up, she would potentially be the easiest because she never had any presidential immunity. The walking talking turd taco is scared he just might have to face gasp consequences.

That reminded me of Jason Chaffetz (the one who actually leaked the report that the FBI was investigating Hillary, leading to Comey having to come public). He actually resigned as a result of that. He was so sure there would be that flood of incriminating evidence and when that never happened, he took his subpoena pen and went home.

If he had anything on any of the them, he could have done something by now. He even had a competent AG in his first term that could have made it happen.

1

u/PinchedOffCatTurd 5d ago

Spot on. Now he's grasping at straws and ratcheting up fear having Omar's home raided.

2

u/kingsumo_1 Oregon 5d ago

Yup. Straight up intimidation and threatening political opponents. And I doubt she'll be the last. Especially if the tides turn in November.

1

u/jhorch69 5d ago

He went back on that campaign promise right after the 2016 results came in

1

u/iFartThereforeiAm 5d ago

Has he fulfilled any of the promises he campaigned on in either election?

1

u/NarcolepticSeal 5d ago

What crime has she committed where there is enough evidence to put her in prison for? As much as I hate the Clintons, there’s not really anything to get them on.

70

u/Maremdeo 5d ago

Funny that Trump will only hold them accountable if he is held accountable for his crimes. Typically, innocent people want to pursue justice against guilty people without regard to their own criminal histories...because the innocent have no criminal history.

8

u/utzutzutzpro 5d ago

It is just another of his manipulation attempts. He did this so many times by now it shouldn't get to anyone anymore.

He literally claims something every other day to just drop it once it gets too dangerous for himself.

Intimidating tactics... is not like nobody could have known. He literally wrote a book, I mean, not he, but ghost writer wrote a book about his tactics. He uses the same tactics like everywhere coupled with don't admit anything and deny everything.

62

u/Anonybibbs 5d ago

Trump threatening to prosecute anyone is beyond insane. The President is not the DoJ or the FBI, the President should have absolutely zero say in what does or doesn't get prosecuted. Trump just brazenly threatening to prosecute former Presidents if Democrats impeach him again is impeachment worthy in and of itself but we just shrug it off because Trump has so thoroughly warped our politics and the rule of law.

32

u/Such_Avocado_3241 5d ago

That’s the thing he doesn’t understand. It’s not about tribe, it’s right vs. wrong.

28

u/Accomplished_Egg7069 5d ago

Which they did not

8

u/erov 5d ago

Yeah but they didn't. He's only coming out with this because it's conditional, he's making a threat that if he is in trouble then they are too just because.

6

u/-Debugging-Duck- 5d ago

Problem is you can’t trust Trump’s DOJ at all.

12

u/IMTrick Texas 5d ago

Trump and his lawyers already set things up so they're off the hook, anyway.

4

u/mr_Joor 5d ago

Okay but here is the thing, everyone whos ever held higher office like POTUS has to make choices between evil and slightly lesser evil every day, thats the job. I dont think we had a non war criminal president yet. Yes, even Carter.

7

u/loriwilley 5d ago

They didn't, though.

8

u/Sweet_Concept2211 5d ago

Obama, Hillary and Biden did not go around indiscriminately murdering civilians in the Middle East.

3

u/IntroductionSad1324 5d ago

But Bush did?

1

u/Sweet_Concept2211 5d ago

Fucking right he did.

2

u/AlekRivard New York 5d ago

Obama's administration did a lot of drone strikes, and civilians were not immune from crossfire. Biden added stricter standards on them, specifically in an effort to avoid civilian casualties, but not until the middle of his term. Trump is a special level of evil, but Dem presidents were not without sin themselves. If we are going to hold Trump to a standard (even if it is below the bare minimum) that standard needs to be applied with intellectual consistency

1

u/Half-deaf-mixed-guy 5d ago

There's a big difference between crossfire deaths and targeting a school. None of them ever openingly wanted people to die because of their skin color, religion, disagreement of them, or because the little kids would tell on them for raping them and killing them on an island with his best friend.

2

u/sack-o-matic Michigan 5d ago

If we don't hold the worst accountable we can't hold them all accountable.

2

u/LetterheadFun1824 5d ago

I do but only to Hunter Biden. Hunter Hillary 2028 will sweep the electorate!

0

u/twovles31 5d ago

The middle east is not any concern to the USA citizens. If the ICC has something to say about, it, I don't have an issue with them doing that type of work.

0

u/not_ur_avg 5d ago

Screw this false equivalency BS. This is insane fascist threats that would be the scandal of the century with any other person at any other point in history. Things like this should not be discussed in any tone other than outrage
