I blame the apathetic non-voters equally to the worst of the Trump voters. I know a few people who didn't vote, despite them claiming to hate Trump, because they didn't see the point. I tried to explain that we know exactly how many people will vote for Trump, his base isn't growing, by not voting you are basically voting for Trump. They called me stupid and said that Trump will lose. I don't talk to them anymore.

if you blame the apathetic voters, then you also blame the dncc with the billion dollar war chest for failing to motivate voters too, correct?

Yes, I do. I have no kind words for current democratic party leadership and I think Chuck Schumer is a ghoul surpressing any sort of progress in this party. I don't think that is any excuse not to vote, however.
