He would do it again too. All because the Democrats would have the nerve to say that using the "R" word as an insult is insensitive

I don’t think it’s talked about enough how his pivot REALLY took off shortly after that 30 minute N word montage got traction and “the left” started being mean to him. It’s always the same with these people, grifter or disgraced public figure with no morals. They know where they’ll still be accepted no matter how horrible they are, they know that safety net is available.

Shitty standup comedians absolutely SPRINT to the right-wing manosphere.

I noticed that Chris D'Elia is doing talks at Turning Point America now, with his vampire-looking pedophile ass.

Nothing would have stopped Trump from winning .. The last election was a shitshow. Biden dropping out, Harris being handed the nomination, Democrat fatigue, (phony?) assassination attempts, everything came together to elect this idiot.

As a comic it's pretty much a money grab. There's lots of very talented people who don't pander but the left ain't buying tickets like that.

Legit that and the CNN picture

u/ragun2 Sep 18 '26

He still calls Canada a communist shithole because they weren't allowing anyone into the country who didn't get a shot for Covid.

He bitched and cried during the whole pandemic that he couldn't do stand up comedy.

u/burtoncummings Sep 18 '26

No one told him he couldn't do Stand Up Comedy before, either?

10

u/drinfernodds Sep 18 '26

They should've told him he couldn't, but him calling out Carlos Mencia for joke stealing gave him credibility far beyond his actual talent.

u/Rusty-Avocado Sep 19 '26

He's still a master chair fucker

Really short ones

1

u/AutoModSux Sep 19 '26

This made me laugh harder than Joe ever has

6

u/PineappleOnPizzaWins Sep 18 '26

He also got COVID during its most dangerous time and immediately proceeded to get medical treatment well outside the reach of anybody without millions of dollars and the right connections… you know, like his fan base he was telling not to get vaccinated.

He did however endorse them using horse dewormer instead of listening to doctors.

Could you play the piano before you broke your wrist?

8

u/EddieVanzetti Sep 18 '26

Joe "He's on the stuff that makes your head bigger" Rogaine doesn't trust things in needles! Unless its the stuff that makes your head bigger.

Like Barry Bonds?

1

u/Mindless_Committee87 America Sep 19 '26

The cream or the clear? Or both?

2

u/OldenPolynice Sep 18 '26

yeah well, noone's laughing now. I hope you're happy

1

u/Mindless_Committee87 America Sep 19 '26

I'm under-chuckling.

Like Bevis.

2

u/FellowHumanNo404 Sep 19 '26

He bitched and cried during the whole pandemic that he couldn't do stand up comedy.

I think that most comedians think he has never been capable of doing standup comedy.

1

u/Mindless_Committee87 America Sep 19 '26

It wasn't COVID!

5

u/kkeut Sep 18 '26

what picture

8

u/skepticalbob Sep 18 '26

Yes, but what caused that to be a story were his stances on Covid and vaccines that led to artists pulling their music from Spotify. That controversy caused this controversy to explode. Keep in mind that in 2020 he had already said that he voted libertarian, but preferred Trump to Biden. The shift began before this other stuff.

Conservatives seem to love the N-word more than their own children.

2

u/katmomjo Sep 19 '26

I think you all have this wrong. I think Joe Rogan does lean left. He was a big Bernie Sanders guy. I can’t forgive Kamala for being too cowardly to get on his podcast. He might not have endorsed Trump. It might have made the difference.

1

u/knightm7R Sep 20 '26

Like Clinton on Arsenio?

2

u/katmomjo Sep 20 '26

That helped Clinton. Him playing saxophone with the dark sunglasses boosted him as a regular guy.

u/hexenkesse1 26d ago

Harris campaign tried to go on I thought and then Rogan turned them down.  That said, Harris was so wooden it would have gone terribly for her.

1

u/katmomjo 25d ago

They were in negotiations to have her on the podcast. Kamela’s people had a lot of demands. They didn’t want to chance it. A leader with convictions would have done it. Kamala failed that test. Her people didn’t have faith in her either or they would have pushed it.

1

u/Ill-Bullfrog-5360 Sep 19 '26

He is a comedian. I have no idea still why people felt that made him credible.

1

u/Mindless_Committee87 America Sep 19 '26

I'm still not sure why he's relevant. He's a failed actor. WTF do I care what he thinks?

1

u/mbs721 Sep 19 '26

Oh wow! I didn’t even know about this!

1

u/mr9025 Sep 20 '26

WELL said

u/seashell3379 Sep 18 '26

Also because he's a multimillionaire that hates to pay taxes.

There are 2 reasons people vote republican and he embodies both.

11

u/I_Got_Ur_Number_8675 Sep 18 '26

I think we can round up to a billionaire at this point. He's made $450 Million from spotify alone, unless that cash is sitting in a checking account, he should be worth nearly a billion by this point.

22

u/baconeggsandwich25 Sep 18 '26

If you ever needed proof that the US isn't a meritocracy, there it is right there. Completely useless chuds who are a net loss to society are pretty much the only ones who become billionaires.

7

u/trainwreckd Sep 19 '26

We love to turn shitty rappers, YouTubers, & political/religious nuts rich & famous. A meritocracy would be a dream in some ways.

6

u/Ragnarok_747 Sep 18 '26

Republican?

11

u/ZamsAndHams Sep 18 '26

To be fair, labeling someone a Republican is quite callous.

4

u/waitamiasuspect Sep 18 '26

The irony of being sensitive to other people being sensitive

3

u/myfistvsthebttle Sep 18 '26

Is it weird I've never heard a politician say this? Almost like the culture war is all about projecting

3

u/silvertealio Sep 18 '26

MAGA likes to pretend the words of powerless random people on the internet have more relevance than the actions of actual elected officials.

3

u/Darth_Rubi Sep 18 '26

Personally I'm okay with using "Rogan" as an insult...

2

u/UncleNedisDead Sep 18 '26

You know, I was thinking of the GOP “R”, and it is totally an insult these days.

1

u/dyang44 Sep 18 '26

Pretty sure its the connections, money, status. Joe fucking rogan has sway with the president of the fucking united states AND his advisors

1

u/Broken-Digital-Clock Sep 18 '26

Joe thinks he's a comedian.

1

u/Negaflux Sep 18 '26

I honestly think everyone should be free to use the word "Rogan" when speaking about this fuckwit /s

1

u/unkindled1 Sep 18 '26

Because a difference does exist between sensitivity and hysteria

1

u/crunchysauces New York Sep 19 '26

“That’s an ableist pejorative.”
“Guess I’ll vote to kill the economy and deploy the gestapo”

1

u/One_Disaster_5995 Sep 19 '26

Well to be fair: that is pretty retrded

1

u/a_tribe_called_quoi Sep 19 '26

Calling someone a "Rogan" is pretty insulting though!
