I'm just pissed off about Mass Effect. Andromeda had really good moment to moment gameplay with totally forgettable characters and setting, and I was cautiously optimistic for ME4 and now we'll never get it. Feels like the games industry is collapsing before our very eyes with closure after closure and mass layoffs across the board.

The fact they call it early development makes me feel like they were nowhere close to an actual product for ME4

No mention of the KOTOR remake/remaster either.

What the hell were they doing?

They were never involved with that, but at this point that's probably dead too.
