News/Article Bombshell lawsuit alleges that RAM manufacturers are colluding to drive up prices. Three companies that account for 90% of RAM revenue are being sued for anti-competitive practices. Samsung, SK Hynix, and Micron (the "DRAM Triarchy" controlling ~90-95% of the global DRAM market)

I'm a little confused, why is it just DDR3 and DDR4? Why is DDR5 excluded from their claim?

Different parts of the claim.

Part of the claim is that they allegedly colluded to shut down DDR3/DDR4 production. Allegedly colluding to not expand DDR5 production is another part.
