My back and knees crack like gun shots when I get up from my couch. I would be paralyzed if I even think about wearing roller blades.

I was never able to rollerblade in the first place. I could rollerskate, albeit I'd fall on my ass way too many times to actually enjoy it, but rollerblading was like this insurmountable task that required heroic balance and seemed way more dangerous than rollerskates.

It's more balance and flexibility. With the momentum gravity you just have to lean forward enough like a wheelie. Getting up is the hard part

Yeah, the core strength is definitely impressive, but I was more shocked by her being able to point her feet like that while leaning over. Then again, I am an out of shape middle-aged dude, so most physical things impress me these days, lol.
