I recently saw a public figure on Instagram/Threads that has no limbs whatsoever. But she still moves around and lives a regular life.

My questions that probably never will be answered from her are:

Being born a boy, did the balls still exist and would that not be excruciatingly painful to roll around and literally stand on your genitals?

After transition, the question still kind of remains, but in a different way.

As a woman myself, imagining scraping and wandering around on top of my vagina is making me cringe.

I figure she has some sort of protection, but does that not also restrict airflow and still press on it when she stands up?

It doesnt make any sense, it's said that the reason we have no serial killers today it's because with cameras, phones and better police knowladge about this types of killing it has become impossible to even get to 3 bodies before getting caught.

This is a purely hypothetical question out of curiosity about mortuary science and international repatriation processes.

If a US citizen passes away abroad and their body is embalmed overseas and shipped back to a funeral home in the United States inside a sealed casket or zinc liner (as required by international air transport and CDC regulations), what does it smell like when the receiving funeral director opens it for the first time?

Does the heavy concentration of chemical embalming fluid, like high-index formaldehyde or scented additives, overpower everything else? Or is there a noticeable smell of stagnant air, trapped humidity, or early decomposition? Also, what specific steps do US funeral homes typically take to air out the casket and prepare the room before the family arrives for a viewing?

After watching yellowjackets I wondered what this would be like. Would it be painful? I know hypothermia is painful, but could you fall asleep before it starts to become painful and not feel it or would your body wake you up before it dies?

First, no I am not trying to kill myself I am asking to maybe not die in case of a fire in the apartment hallway.

Let me get this out of the way first-- I am an author.
Basically, in my book, there is this female lead whose abusive ex chokes her really badly, but a friend of hers flings that ex off her and beats him up real good. But the woman wants to exact her own revenge, and she's good with daggers... so I was wondering: should she cut off the tips of his fingers (kind of like how Jaime Lannister lost his hand in Game of Thrones- quick and all of a sudden), or should she, like, chop off his entire finger (or fingers)

Keep in mind that this ex will still show up later in the book, so I can't chop off his entire hand or a huge part of it, like three or four fingers, because I'll need to show him using that hand for the plot's sake.
Soooo... what would be more painful? :D

This may sound like a stupid question and this doesn't extend to people who don't know how to swim. Recently I was reading an article about a few teens who went boating in a nearby lake a few years ago. Their boat capsized and they drowned. One of the teens was a swimmer at his school and no reports suggest they were drinking. The lake didn't have any sort of infestation either

If it happened around 8th of the month then it wouldn't take long for the building manager to come to my flat to check on me cos I hadn't paid the service charge.

I've also got two cats tho and the only thing they'd have to keep them going is their water fountain as they eat all their food in one sitting. So hopefully they don't get too hungry and my mum or aunt or other relatives adopt them.

Would they be in trouble for lying and/or would they be in trouble or let go because they were doing something illegal at the moment?
