I have IBS and therefore have to severly limit my diet. Mind you half the stuff on this list is food I really enjoy eating, or is virtually included in everything 🙃 the universe said you WILL eat that boiled chicken and rice and you WILL LIKE IT

My guy isn't allowed to have olives! There's a chance he can't even have that.
