I just wanted a hot dog My new reality

Post image

I have IBS and therefore have to severly limit my diet. Mind you half the stuff on this list is food I really enjoy eating, or is virtually included in everything 🙃 the universe said you WILL eat that boiled chicken and rice and you WILL LIKE IT

This list is just the most commonly unsafe foods. It doesn't mean everyone with IBS is affected by all of them. For most people, it's literally just 2 or 3 things on the list.

Also, just observing that almost half the list essentially boils down to “oil.”

Hell yeah! Time to make a matrix table and begin human testing upon yourself.

Unrelated but I was allergic to Aloe Vera, through exposure therapy my body just got over it eventually.

Similarly, blueberries used to feel like razorblades in my stomach, but they were so good that I just kept eating them, and now my body is like "whatever" lol

Charles Barkely summarizing the list his doctor gave him for no-go foods:

"If it tastes good, spit it out!"

I mean, yes, but it also has to do with intake. All of these are unsafe for me depending on the dosage, and fine other times. Dairy and fried food is pretty much always asking for trouble with me though. It's easier to cut things out than gamble whether or not I'll have a reaction on any given day.

I don’t “have” IBS but oh boy does broccoli hurt me. My symptoms are mostly managed after a time of going on FODMAP.
