I just wanted a hot dog My new reality

I have IBS and therefore have to severly limit my diet. Mind you half the stuff on this list is food I really enjoy eating, or is virtually included in everything 🙃 the universe said you WILL eat that boiled chicken and rice and you WILL LIKE IT

Alot of them are due to colorectal cancer risk. People with IBS already have a very large increased risk (~600% relative risk factor) of cancer compared to other people. Anything that can irritate the bowels make it worse. Redmeat and Processed meats are major influences due to nitrosamine which increase your cancer risk ~119% relative risk factor alone. Adding that to damaged colorectal cancer risk multiplies the danger even more. Alcohol for example is a vasodilator that along with its breakdown product of acetaldehyde which is known to cause additional cancer risks. Over 600,000 people die per year due to alcohol caused cancers. if you have damaged tissues in your body; you really dont want to stack all these risk factors. I hope OP takes it seriously.
