I have IBS and therefore have to severly limit my diet. Mind you half the stuff on this list is food I really enjoy eating, or is virtually included in everything 🙃 the universe said you WILL eat that boiled chicken and rice and you WILL LIKE IT

I guessed gastroparesis as someone with gastroparesis. I guess they’re out here putting us all on the same diet 😭
