it's a little puzzle that can be addressed by the number of in-arrows in each time. 20H has 7! So it means that every day it closes at 20H. The others are the opening hours, either at 7 or at 9 in the morning. So, you already know every day it's open for sure between 9 and 20.

If you look, there are five arrows next to 07H. It’s pretty self-explanatory that on weekdays it’s open at 7 AM and on weekends it opens at 9 AM and every day it closes at 20H

I find this quite funny, for my part. Closes every evening at 8pm, opens at 7pm all week, 9pm on week-end.

Easy to count the arrows pointing to 20h, and to guess that 9am will be for the week-end (also, quite easy to follow those two arrows in reverse, to know which days they refer to).

Sure, if you're in a hurry, you won't probably take the time, and they might lose a patron.

But if you have time, it's a nice little diversion. If you wanna try your luck between 7am and 9am, it's easy to push the door. And any other time between 9am and 8pm, they'll be open. Where is the harm ?

i dunno, it took me 3 seconds to see that it closes all days at 20h, it opens at 7 lundi-vendredi as 07 has 5 arrows, it opens at 9 samedi-dimanche as two arrows point at 09. some common sense and a tiny sprinkle of logic. also you do need really to read this if you arrive in the morning after 4hrs of sleep. If it is open, it is open. if it is closed it is closed. Bingo !
