Oh. 100%. That's why he shouldn't have the job.

These tools are not private and someone's work could include commercially relevant (or personal) info and he just basically uploaded it to OpenAI.

How do you know what version they are using? Edu and enterprise accounts have different security, privacy and use settings from general public ones.
