SPOILER ALERT 60% air!

Post image

Brand new…. I didn’t expect my deodorant to have more air than a bag of chips… won’t be getting this again.

I have some arm and hammer deodorant, it's all there. I use arm and hammer as my weekday deodorant and dr squatch on the weekends and I've ran out of a stick of dr squatch before arm and hammer.

You're right I was wrong in another comment, I was thinking about their soap. I buy a few whenever they are on sale and I have a lot of extras because of this. I stopped buying their soap and switch to Dr.Bronners bar soap, it's a much better product.

Or their body wash

I also like supporting the company.

Here's their wiki

The company has self-imposed caps on executive pay, with executive salaries not to exceed five times the wage of its lowest paid workers.[7] Roughly a third of the company's profits are dedicated to charitable giving and activist causes annually.[16]

Damn, so this is what an an actually socially responsible company looks like

Looks like it's time to switch to Bronners

Get the peppermint, it’s what chewing 5 gum actually feels like all over your body

If you've ever wondered what a minty clean butthole feels like, Dr. Bronner has your back crack.

edit: I like to buy a bottle of eucalyptus and a bottle of peppermint to mix

I tried calling your number to thank you for this good mixing idea, but somebody else answered, so I'll just thank you here.

so refreshing to wake up with!

u/CausticSofa Sep 12 '26

Refreshed is definitely not how my arse felt when I inadvertently washed with my partner’s peppermint Bronners. It did wake me up though.

u/Total_Mix9276 Sep 12 '26

Yeah.. had this happen once. Was NOT pleased, felt like my balls smoked a menthol.

2

u/Feisty-Star-8750 Sep 12 '26

Yes! That's exactly how it feels. I never knew how to describe it but now I do lol

1

u/sonic_dick Sep 12 '26

It makes your balls tingle

u/NoCalligrapher8396 Sep 12 '26

Lavender is good too. All of them are

u/New_Ambassador1194 Sep 12 '26

I just bought squatch. First they got my boy native and now squatch😭

1

u/DFW_Drummer Sep 12 '26

Wait, what happened to Native?

5

u/New_Ambassador1194 Sep 12 '26

They had lawsuit filed against them related to just having the usual bad stuff the deodorant has and idk if they successfully dodged it but I wasn’t gonna hold my faith in them after that

5

u/HesTheRealDylanErnst Sep 12 '26

I’m like 90% sure native made me lose hair with their shampoo/conditioner

2

u/New_Ambassador1194 Sep 12 '26

Yea my hair always felt super weird and dry after even after conditioner but I’ll remember to switch soaps next time I’m at the store

2

u/NeonWafflez Sep 13 '26

Bro I just bought their shampoo and conditioner 😭

You’ll have an aneurism trying to read all the fine print. They are an ethical company, a bit on the fringe side.

Thanks for pointing it out. Would've missed that hilarious read if it weren't for you.

perfect reading for a long shit

I buy the concentrated bronners in a bottle and water it down for body soap, and also use it make cleaners with. (A mixture of soap, water, vinegar, dash of essential oils) And use "little seed farm" for deodorant. They come in a jar and 1 jar last me literal months. I think it's like $15 a jar. I am allergic to most deodorant and I've yet to find something to does as well of a job as little seed. It last all day from a fingernail sized dab of it. Highly recommend

Odd advice, perhaps, but their liquid peppermint soap is the number one way to get thrift shop disinfectant smell out of new purchases. Throw a half cup of peppermint Bronners in the machine with that clothes haul and wash it on cold. Hang to dry in the sun, if you have that option, or tumble dry on low temperature. Bye-bye weird thrift shop stank.

Their bar soap is amazing. So are their multipurpose soaps.

Also, their 'sals suds' multipurpose cleaner. I use it as my go to cleaner around the house and it works great for everything, including glass! Got a couple of glass spray bottles and with one large bottle of sals suds, I havent had to buy any other multipurpose cleaner in years now!

You barely need any to get a full spray bottle of cleaner, just like a tablespoon, teaspoon, or a few drops depending on the size of your spray bottle, filled up the rest of the way with water! (Usually I put the soap in last though lol).

Sometimes ill add a drop of one of their other liquid soaps to change up the scent too (I love their cherry blossom soap smell, peppermint too)

CEO David Bronner is a critic of drug prohibition and an activist for the legalization of a number of psychoactive substances.[20] In 2004, the company sued the Drug Enforcement Administration with the goal of changing rules regarding the importation of hemp oil.[3] A federal judge ruled in favor of the plaintiffs.[21] David Bronner has been arrested twice for civil disobedience protesting limitations on the domestic production of hemp. In 2004, he planted hemp seeds on the lawn of the Drug Enforcement Administration headquarters, and in 2012, he harvested hemp while locked in a metal cage in front of the White House.[22] In 2015, he was named Cannabis Activist of the Year by the Seattle Hempfest.[23]

It’s crazy because they could give some more of the companies profits to the people at the bottom raising everyone’s wages

12

u/HelloKinny Sep 12 '26

I knew the good feeling wasn’t just from the peppermint!

7

u/FartingRaspberry Sep 12 '26

I absolutely love their Castile soap. Smells so good and lather great. I'd buy it more often but it's just a tad too expensive lol

2

u/Careful-Sell-9877 Sep 12 '26

Highly recommend checking out the al Jamal Palestinian aged/cured olive oil soap. Its super nourishing on your skin. Its one of the only soaps ive used, aside from good Castile oil soap, that leaves my skin so moisturized that I dont really need lotion after a shower.

2

u/TodlicheLektion Sep 12 '26

I like Dr. Bronzers all-in-one soap, including batshit crazy text that covers the bottle.

This is amazing. Thank you

ETA: omg you can clean with it and use it as laundry detergent. I just bought 3 bottles
