Brand new…. I didn’t expect my deodorant to have more air than a bag of chips… won’t be getting this again.

They WERE the good guy brand. They sold out to Unilever last June for over $1 BILLION dollars. I cant blame them…I’d be laughing all the way to the bank too…

I eventually realized the dirt cheap 2 blade disposables in 12 packs you can get at the drug store actually work better for me than whatever Gillette 60 blade replacement heads I was using. I felt so stupid for buying that for so many years. Maybe I’ll say fuck it and transition to safety razor.

They were not a good guy brand before the sale. They have been coasting on that image for years.

They had long since moved from pro-natural messaging, to anti-science fear mongering

I had deodorant on a subscription. They stopped making the scent I had a subscription to, so they just sent me whatever they wanted without notifying me and giving an option to cancel or select the new scent. I contacted support and they refused to refund me, but they said they'd send me a different scent for free. I told them that's not how it works, you don't get to not inform me and just send me whatever you want when I've agreed to buy one specific thing.

It's the only time in my life I've done a chargeback because they absolutely refused to refund despite admitting they failed to notify me and should have. Insane.
