That company produced nothing but slop for the last 10 years. Like come on guys.

We all hoped they might be able to reach the heights of mass effect 1-2 again. Their shutdown is an end to that possibility.
Maybe it’s for the best though.

I can still be sad about ME5 could have been!

Same here. I was genuinely optimistic for this one. The ME franchise has been amongst my all time favorite games since the first one came out 20 years ago. Even with how divisive the ending for 3 turned out, I still enjoyed the hell out of the whole rest of the game.

well its a good thing. i would hate to see mass effect get ruined like dragon age. they should sell the ip back to the original team who made it. they can make it a success

We pretend it doesnt exist. People often say specifically that they liked the mass effect trilogy for a reason.

Judging from how they ruined dragon age i think it was for the better. True mass effect fans dont want to see shepard ruined by people who dont understand the character.

I dunno, when I saw the guy in charge of mass effect andromoda, Manveer Heir, walking around with a "I hate whites" shirt and a "white people tears' mug and everyone in charge was cool with it, I knew it dead then.

Eh, good riddance. They drove their main audience away in hopes of getting people who never played video games, to play.

Nobody is crying this studio has shut. They've been making crap for years and this is the outcome.

KOTOR II
Dragon Age: Origins
Mass Effect 1-3.
These are some of the most formative games of my childhood. I love what BioWare was.
But I can be honest with myself. It hasn’t been that in over a decade.

Please no one crying over them. The OG Bioware crew have either retired, or was forced out. All they had left was talentless activities.

I may have had feelings before I got married, but I don't really remember now

Game journalist killed this company by convincing them their recent slop games were good.

I cried and felt price's emotion while killing Makarov MW3 2011. Rage, sadness, hatred, and vengeful as we beat his face in and smashed him down to hang. Never felt a more satisfactory kill

At least they'll keep releasing a new FIFA every year without adding anything new, just milking the fans for money

It was a shell of its former self. Everybody from the bioware you loved left the company long ago

Someone took one look at the woke, lame slop they had produced over the last ten years and shut it down. Good choice. Very tired of seeing my favourite franchises get burned to the ground.

the Reapers had a better long-term plan than EA
