Imma be honest, I have only heard the acronym be used for child porn, in relation to people using CP for Cyberpunk. Besides, who is saying child porn often enough to need an acronym?

I've seen the acronym CSAM (child sexual abuse material) being used more than CP in recent years, which means that in 10-20 years Cyberpunk could possibly claim the acronym. Though I'd still write CP77 / CP2077, it's enough for search engines to not mistake it with the other meaning.
