Horror movies rarely get me actually freaked out, this was the first one I’ve watched in years that I give a 10/10 but will not watch again because it legitimately scares me lmao.
The car scene is one of the most disturbing things I've ever watched; the sandwich turns my stomach just to think about it; and the backwards walk/rewind moment is very "noooooope, don't like that." Oh, god, and when he makes that call and hears the screaming?! And the ending?!?!?!
I have to stop myself from thinking about it. It's quite the rabbit hole.
Obsession now has the distinction of joining Uncut Gems and Dancer in the Dark on my list of "great movies I don't ever need to see it again".
