I own the legendary edition on the ea app but I think it looks way more generic , like just look at those screenshots... Should I buy the original games instead or are they significantly worse in other aspects like gameplay ? Thanks

The only missions I've done are Palaven, Cerberus lab, picked up aria's quest and some fetch quests.

I saved left, one day later everything is gone, I'm playing legendary edition on the PS5, my outfit also reverted to the default one, I don't know what to do, tried restarting, changing locations, going to the citadel and out

Hey everyone, I’m losing my mind right now. I’m playing Mass Effect 3 Legendary Edition on PS5, and I’m 46 War Assets short of the 7400 needed for Shepard to survive the Destroy ending (according to multiple reddit posts). I’ve done nearly everything possible in this save, but the game is not giving me the remaining points. Here’s my situation:

I’ve scanned every single system in the galaxy.

I’ve completed all available side missions.

I’ve finished the Omega DLC, which also locked me out of two side quests I can no longer access.

I’ve checked Spectre requisitions and completed all relevant decisions.

I killed the Rachni Queen in ME1, and I let the Reaper-controlled Rachni Queen live in ME3.

At this point, the only story mission available is Priority: Cerberus HQ, which will lock my current War Assets total. Because I’ve completed Omega and rushed through, the missing 46 points seem permanently inaccessible in this save.

Has anyone experienced this exact situation? Is there any legitimate way on PS5 to get the last 46 War Assets before finishing the game?

Im just starting my first playthrough, and I have no idea what im doing 🫣 Going blind, I know nothing of the story or gameplay beside what was included in the PS store description.

Now I have a couple of questions, and I dare not looking at guides or videos because spoilers… so Ive figure you guys would be able to help me without saying too much.

First, what about the "renegade" thing I see after dialogues?

Also, ive pick Vanguard as my main character class. Am I going to be ok with this?

And regarding companions, I have this guy… Kailan, that I like having around. Is it ok to stick with the same companions most of the time or is it better switching often for dialogues/story purpose? And how important it is to have a balanced party in this game?

And one last question… do we have an affinity system for companions like in Dragon Age? Can they get pissed off by our choices and just decide to go away or things like that?

After all these years of waiting, knowing we'll never get to see where the next Mass Effect was going is heartbreaking. If anyone from BioWare knows what the story was supposed to be, please share it with us. Even if we never get to play it, we deserve to know how the story would have continued. Fuck EA.

All of my war assets are gone, I just finished the citadel attack mission as well as the citadel DLC. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I've done some research and Mikko Kinnunen is a name that comes up, but there doesn't seem to be any other information on it. Even in the Mass Effect artbook it doesn't credit a particular artist.

Okay so hi, I’ve been trying not to cry for a bit because I’m just stuck at 7622 assets, and everything is 100%. I’ve searched everywhere, done every DLC (except for the Kasumi one because I wasn’t even aware it existed), and still, I’m stuck, missing 178 assets to reach the one ending I wanted more than anything.
I can’t restart everything, because 1) I wouldn’t know what to change, and 2) I am not in the right mental health state to get involved with this game all over again without ending up hating it with my whole being.
I’m still wondering if there’s anything I can do to reach that damn 7800 number and have a happy little life with my darling Garrus :(

Never played a Mass Effect game, or really any story-driven game in general since I usually prefer fast-paced action or roguelikes. However, I saw Mass Effect Legendary Edition on sale for less than $10 for three remastered games and figured it might be worth a shot. Do these games still hold up well in 2026 for a first-time player, and are all three of them consistently good? Looking for honest thoughts before pulling the trigger.
