It was never a question of ‘if’, but ‘when’.

Unfortunately, all of the studio's creators had already left by the end of Mass Effect 3; BioWare was nothing more than a name, a brand. All the people who create the studio are gone long ego after mass effect 3

It's not the same, but I'm pretty sure people from Bioware are working on Exodus and Expanse: Osiris reborn

People don’t make studio - people are people, studio is a studio. An entity not a person. And people change places all the time. Some stay longer some shorter. Don’t discredit whole studios like that - you are doing this stupid The Ship of Theseus thing. BioWare was BioWare for all ~30 years.

The point they were making was more that the people who were there when the trilogy was created left in such large numbers so quickly that the expertise wasn't share with the replacements.

This happened towards the end of ME2, and then very it finished after ME3. There are reports about it you can look up.

I've said it before and I'll say it again- BioWare loaded the gun.

EA was only a portion of BioWares defeat. BioWare didn't produce games people wanted to play. In the time since they joined EA it was Anthem (EA directive), ME:A (BioWare hiring issues- they had people who had never done animation/direction for games like Mass Effect in director level chairs. Piss poor org planning. EA engine issues - EA demanded every studio use Frostbite (IIRC) which was NOT good for a BioWare styled game), DA:V (I don't think much needs said about this).
