I managed my expectations on a new mass effect game. Of course I wanted to be back in the world.

But this still really hurts to hear. Wish something could have happened to help them. Not sure if dragon ages poor performance quickened this result.

On another note, I wish studios would stop announcing games before they have something concrete. What was the point of that teaser all those years ago if they are still considering it early development today?

"We are considering making a mass effect 5 and shall make a decision on if we will do so in the forthcoming decade"

4 years later: Nah we closed.

Thankfully, BioWare has nothing to do with the remake or the other upcoming old republic game.

yeah I know, I'm saying that Bethesda was capable of announcing games way before they were ready on their own even with out MS' meddling.
