DISCUSSION Did you ever watch a walkthrough on the trilogy and the person was deliberately doing something wrong which had you screaming at your monitor
I was watching this guy on YouTube and he was deliberately failing thanes loyalty mission. Which grinded my gears so much which caused him to die in the suicide mission. Why not do that to Jacob he practically has a death wish when he volunteers to go into the vents and I’m sure no one would shed a tear

Hate to go for the low hanging fruit here, but I'm pretty sure when DSP played the Legendary Edition, he played ME1, skipped ME2, played ME3. I think he went back and played it, but initially decided to skip arguably the best game in the franchise.

Tbh, I often meta-play various missions if I want certain outcome(s) in ME2 and ME3. So it would be kind of hypocritical to get mad at someone else for doing it.

The game is infinitely more interesting when Shepard is flawed and makes what hardcore fans called mistakes/bad decisions imo. My canon has what some call one of the worse world states.
Besides if they’re new it’s fun seeing them experience their game as a cool story, and if they’re not new they’re exploring content which is also cool since the game has it for a reason.

I saw one for a time, when
* the played decided to complain about insane difficulty mid game, when she decided to _not_ upgrade armor and weapons since the beginning
* talked about nonsense with the chat, instead of playing

I was only screaming at the screen watching people wander around lost on the Citadel in ME3 because they wouldn't open the map.

Honestly after my third or fourth perfect paragon 'save everyone' playthrough I really started enjoying the intentional self sabotage playthroughs
