MODS Legendary Edition Multiplayer now allows console progression import

Posting this since it got an update on Sunday and fixed a lot of the initial bugs. Still a WiP but it's very very playable.!

The Mod lets you import old ME3 progress from PC, Xbox, PS3 and even the WiiU lol.

This mod is still a work in progress so expect bugs, performance quirks, and ongoing updates. Everyone in a match needs the same version.

There's a mod for Legendary Edition on nexus that put Mass Effect 3's multiplayer in the game. It was cut from the 2021 rerelease

This looks mental. I'm not sure about the import feature and how secure it is, but overall what a fantastic mod!

I did a check and as far as I can see, this is the first post mentioning MELE on the subreddit. Unless mods have been aggressively deleting posts due to the mods AI use.

Apologies, but hopefully you can understand the confusion where you make a post about one thing, semi-direct to another link in the comments, but never provide the source of the mod or give context 😅

Also, don't promote piracy here ty.

that's valid. Nah the first time i posted this mod on this sub it was auto-deleted because it had links to the mod page, the website for it's tracker (playerbase and world stats) and an invite link to a Mass Effect Multiplayer discord server. One of those links triggered the filters to auto-delete it.

2nd attempt was just a video showing it off, that got manually deleted.

I'll assume this post will get deleted eventually. So best we can do is spread the word.

Thought as much. Wild. Over on the Halo subreddit, they've got multiple matches of 128 player Halo 3 happening and a community spirit being fostered. Here it seems, they'd rather crush it. Thanks for the heads up, downloading now.

I think it's just the anit-MP attitude. There is r/MECoOp though.

I rememeber when Andromeda was still being supported. All bug fix patches included a few new MP characters that would be released via the server tweaks over weekly events. Facebook ME fans would constantly shit on it. Think majority in this sub would be SP only as well.

I wish somebody would update ME3 on Wii U with missing DLCs, and also revived the multiplayer, maybe even with crossplay. Multiplayer games on old consoles would benefit a lot from crossplay

that's impressive. Though i guess it's not surprising. I've heard there's a Wii Mario Kart community still active. and many other games as old as PS2 gen with online MP being kept alive unofficially.

Even old PS2 MMOs are being brought back. Fans of PS2 Everquest has been rebuilding their servers for quite awhile now

This was super easy to set up and get my old progress imported over. Sadly it doesn't play well with my widescreen monitor and everything is stretched and some of the buttons are inaccessible.

Should report this bug on the mod page. I haven't noticed any issues with buttons but I do play the game at 3440x1440, the hud being too big is problem.

0.5.0 i had to use flawless widescreen
0.6.0 I don't need it

As a mod its happening yes, its not clear (on mobile) that its a mod until you actually click on the actual post though.

There is a mods tag, but only after actually clicking on the post. Hence why I said why its not clear its a mod until you actually click on the post.

And I didn't miss anything, I don't play the game on pc so I couldn't play it if I wanted to so its not even applicable to me anyway
