You are outputting a lot of words and little meaning, what exactly are you using it for?

By stable do you mean stable as in only security updates and bug fixes or stable as in doesn't crash?

Generally for development keep in mind many just use containers and the underlying distro isn't as important anymore.

That said, this subreddit is for linux news, if you want to want distro recommendations try r/Linux4Noobs and r/linuxquestions  as per the rules.
