Setting Surround Sound

Hi guys

I bought a Hisense SoundBar (5.1 system) it has true surround sound etc

But I'm not sure what the "number of channels" should be

Some say 2.0 and then online I read 5.1

So which is the correct one?

Keep 2.0 and enable passthrough in the settings.

Also ensure to enable the formats in the same settings menu of Kodi that your soundbar supports. Presumably you’re connecting it via eARC from your TV so not sure how much that will mess with the signals so there may be some trial and error.
