Solution found Plasma can't remember widget sizes.
EDIT: Fixed this issue. Somehow KDE created a blank Windows Rule. I deleted it and I can resize things now.

Giving some context: I use Arch. I was updating my system and KDE went from 6.7.5 (I think) to 6.8.0. First, plasmashell was crashing every time it tries to start, leading to an loop crash error. After tried a bunch of things, such as downgrading it, the only thing that fixed was to run the commands yay -S kf6 and yay -S plasma kde-applications, which installed many (if not all) KDE softwares. This, somehow, fixed the loop and I could use Plasma.
The thing is: Now every widget is taking the whole screen, and I can't resize it using my mouse. It resets when I close and open it. I don't know how to fix it, and I'm planning to reinstall the whole thing.
Here is how it is right now:

Hi, this is AutoKonqi reporting for duty: this post was flaired as General Bug.
While r/kde allows to discuss issues, raise their visibility, and get assistance from other users out of good will, it is not the proper channel to report issues and the developers able to fix them won't be able to act on them over Reddit.
So if this bug was not reported to the developers yet and it is in fact a bug in KDE software, please take a brief look at the issue reporting guide and report the issue over the KDE Bugzilla. If it is a crash, be sure to read about getting backtraces so your report can assist the developers. If this is a known issue, you may want to include the bug report on your post so your fellow users experiencing the same thing can CC themselves to the report. Be sure to describe your issue well and with context. Thank you.

installing god knows what from the AUR was probably not the best idea. Anyway, your issue is most likely fixed with the 6.8.1 bug fix release that came out today.

You are right. I barely use AUR, just when I need it. Anyways, it seems that everything was installed from Extra repo, and somehow it fixed the loop crashing issue. I'm waiting for the 6.8.1 anyways.
