Whenever someone tells me that they have no friends, I know why. These days, people want to make friends, but nobody wants to help anyone. They ignore your calls and messages. It’s not that they’re busy. Even people who are genuinely busy reply as soon as they can. And if they can’t talk at the moment, they’ll at least tell you, I’m busy right now; I can’t talk.

But the people who have nothing to do are somehow so busy that you’d think they were attending meetings in Dubai!

If you’re not willing to help someone, how do you expect to become their friend? Good friendships are built when you help each other in times of need.

And those people who keep saying, I have no friends I’m all alone, try becoming friends with them. You might discover that the problem isn’t always with other people sometimes, the problem lies within them.

Forget about helping others these days, people aren’t even willing to share their knowledge because they’re afraid that someone else might use it to get ahead in life.

True friendships are built when someone stands by your side during difficult times. Ironically, the very people who never help anyone are often the ones who complain that nobody stands by them when they’re going through a difficult time.

They want everyone to help them, but when it comes to helping others, they don’t want anyone to ask them for anything.

Just looking for a nice place to sit and have a good cup of coffee in south Kanpur.

I have tried many places but never found a satisfactory coffee on this side of the city.

Please don't recommend starbucks, barista etc or any place that is far.

Also, if someone wants to join me over coffee, most welcome. Only condition is coffee should be good 😂

New Delhi–Kolkata Bullet Train Corridor, yet Kanpur is nowhere in the picture. The train passes through Kannauj towards Lucknow, seemingly skipping one of UP’s biggest industrial cities.

For the past 15 years, Kanpur has seen little meaningful development poor roads, weak infrastructure, stagnant industrialisation, no major tech hub, and corruption eating away at whatever little progress is made.

Kanpur deserves development, not neglect. How long will this city continue to be sidelined?
