•

Steve Buscemi? The firefighter from 9/11?

•

u/8NoO_OoN8 4h ago

That'd be him. The one and only.

•

u/Micycle08 8h ago

Even funnier since he was God in Miracle Workers.

•

u/pushing_past_the_red 8h ago

Steve's brother, Michael, was also God in Nurse Jackie. He sure does work in mysterious ways.

•

u/EricSanderson 6h ago

Not exactly the same God...

•

u/CaptainOddie 5h ago

Tony B was in Miracle Workers?

•

u/Goingallinn 4h ago

He was gay? Tony B?

•

u/OmgzPudding 4h ago

S1 Miracle Workers was so good. I definitely think they could have continued that storyline instead of the more anthology style they took.

•

u/ValuableOtherwise475 5h ago

This is the best use of meme I think I’ve ever witnessed.

•

u/Linorelai 8h ago

u/Not_Xiphroid 4h ago

THAT’S what bby stands for?!
Obi Wan is going to be so confused when he hears!

Just hope he doesn’t try and claim you’re one of Dooku’s alts trying to spoil his afternoon.

I first heard about this collision at a public astronomy lecture and asked “but how did they know it was called Theia?”

•

u/PhantomThiefJoker 8h ago

Oof, that's gotta be one of those memories that keeps you humble

•

u/BuffyWouldLoveEpcot 7h ago

…their joke?

What is this bot-ass comment

•

u/PhantomThiefJoker 6h ago

Fuck are you talking about?

•

u/BuffyWouldLoveEpcot 2h ago

Please tell me why on earth the joke the person made is something embarrassing that would keep them up at night. I’ll wait

•

u/lt_kernel_panic 8h ago

Theia is an anagram of THE AI, Trump knows that is too obvious so he is calling AI super intelligence now.

•

u/Pretty_Mix_1355 9h ago

Did anyone survive?

•

u/VikingMonkey123 8h ago

Yup. You're reading this, ain't ya?

•

u/CosineDanger 46m ago

Evidence for life on Earth dates back to 3.8 billion years ago. This is after the collision that made the moon, but basically immediately after another impact-related total planetary repave event called the Late Heavy Bombardment.

It's possible that there was life here before the Theia collision, life on Theia (RIP), and/or life before the LHB but we will never know because turning to lava and time erased every trace it was ever here.

Microbes are pretty good at surviving unsurvivable apocalypses because they can live miles underground. Still, if there was life before Theia it might not be the same life.

u/Queasy_Ad_7804 8h ago

Camera man never dies bro.

•

u/WazzaBoi_ 9h ago

I think everyone on earth was alright, just some minor scrapes and bruising to some people

•

u/Spoonofdarkness 8h ago

It's really impressive how they pulled together and made it through this

•

u/WazzaBoi_ 8h ago

Something something, indomitable human spririt?

•

u/elchavo718 7h ago edited 7h ago

Pretty crazy, hope everyone’s ok

u/cheo_vl 6h ago

•

u/Kevmandigo 5h ago

•

u/VioletGardens-left 4h ago

The camera man absolutely never dies

•

u/zatchrey 4h ago

It's footage from

•

u/slupo 4h ago

I mean if it's completely AI then it's AI uplscaled because at best they only had 480p back then

•

u/guywholoveswolves 3h ago

Me, i did.

•

u/somedayfamous 3h ago

From only one angle - the director got fired after this.

•

u/CowboyLaw 3h ago

The hardest part of this video was that it was originally coded for RealPlayer, so we had to translate that. Real PITA.

•

u/emzyyx 2h ago

Especially for its time!

•

u/GruesomeBalls 2h ago

Yep. Only survivor. The cameraman never dies.

•

u/PerpetuallyStartled 1h ago

Same guy who films Dragon ball.

•

u/Jononucleosis 15m ago

I think this is a cutscene from FFVII when you're in the north cave and Cloud falls into the lifestream.

•

u/mistere213 8h ago

Everyone has a drone, these days. And, those days, apparently.

•

u/where_is_the_camera 8h ago

Wonder if anyone survived

•

u/8ackwoods 8h ago

Redditors are so funny 😁 😂 😀 🤣 😆 😭 😁 😂 😀 🤣 😆

•

u/LewdLewyD13 8h ago

I'm just surprised all those humans were able to survive such an event.
