there were certain bits I couldn't get 1:1 even with mods, but I still think I did a pretty decent job with these! (though you can very much tell there was a point where i gave up with the diamonds on frankenstein's dress Imao)

sensational

I'm not good at drawing oldish looking guys. Kinda got inspired by that one ORT with only three stars and below fight where Benkei triggers Necromancy multiple times.

The NA website, and ONLY THE WEBSITE, appears to be down for maintenance.

So, that should mean website maintenance will end at 6:00 PM PDT, if I have the conversion right. I can only speculate as to why the notice was posted in Japanese and not English. Notably, the "webview" version of the site, from which the in-game news is derived, is still up. But if you go to https://fate-go.us/news/, you'll get the maintenance message. The JP site is also still up.

Idea.

Alter ego: Spring-Heeled Jack.

Using Jack the Ripper as a base, Spring-Heeled Jack is an amalgamation of multiple urban legends and historical serial killers, representing the modern obsession with them and the borderline mystification of the concept of a serial killer.

Has a weeker version of Berserker Jacks "Natural born killer" (which allows them to change their appearance) and "From hell" (which gives them a demonic form based on descriptions of Spring-Heeled Jack) while one of their main noble phantasms is "Murder Castle" (Where they trap their target in the notorious Hotel belonging to serial killer H.H. Holmes)

Design is just a quick sketch I did.

Recently been getting into Warhammer, and while I went with the Stormcast Eternals, my brain went in a direction stemming from the idea of "I could paint Nagash as Ereshkigal." And thought about painting the Eternals as my favorite FGO characters, since the whole "chosen heroes revived by Sigmar to fight as his army against Chaos." feels like it'd fit perfectly with Fate as a franchise.

While I've never painted before, I figured some Servants would be easier than others. Sigurd and Dantes with primarily black and green, Yndrasta as Artoria. Others like Merlin or Oberon seem like they'd be a lot more complicated off the top of my head. Still, this project has got me excited and I'm looking through the list of Servants to see if any of them would make for good paint job.

So I figured I would ask, if you were to paint an army of figurines in the style of FGO characters, which ones would be your pick? And if you know the Stormcast Eternals, any suggestions for characters to paint/model on specific units? (I've got an idea for Krondys as Sieg that would be a ton of fun.)

Also, feels like Fate could actually make for a really fun Skirmish/tabletop war game, two players picking their favorite servants and having them go toe to toe, anyone disagree? I know Gundam is finally getting in on it, I thought a "Chaldea v Chaldea" style Skirmish game could actually be a lot of fun.

This illustration started as cloud practice and became "what would it look like if Valkyrie had a CG for her NP?". I added Thrúd's wrist scarf since it made the character silhouette nicer and looked cool. I hope TM would be proud of that reasoning.

Here's hoping for an animation update that looks even better before Ragnarok happens again. Or a buff for her NP. I'll take either.

And for the Hildr and Thrúd fans, this project ballooned way beyond the intended scope so my apologies for not including alternate versions. I was struck by enough inspiration for a piece featuring all of them, so hopefully I can finish it.
