The amount of times this happens, driver is looking so hard to the right for traffic then proceeds to pull out completely ignoring me to the left…

the sun glare made it so I couldn’t see the car until I was close enough that if I didn’t go left I wouldn’t have been able to brake in time, in my opinion.

Truck driver pulls in front of me bringing me from full speed to a stop. Then proceeds to roll down his window and curse at me. If traffic was slow or he was having trouble turning I would've definitely let him in. His hesitation also made me think he was stopping to let me pass so I almost went around him. There was nobody behind me by the way, he could've just waited for me to pass.

I was coming back home with my family yesterday in Delhi, a Maruti Baleno overtook my car, spat gutka out of the window 🤮 — and it landed right on my mirror. Then sped away like nothing happened.
Forget road etiquette… where is basic civic sense? 🤷‍♂️
Your car is not a dustbin, and the road is not your personal spit zone. **A little civic sense costs nothing.**

I don’t know how difficult it is, let alone why the hell it is to turn your head to check if anyone’s in your blindspot? This close call could’ve ended way worse had I not been paying attention. Yes, my hands technically aren’t clean in this scenario either, but I was focused on passing traffic when a Chevy Traverse put their signal on while I’m in the left lane and actively passing. While I don’t recall if my adaptive cruise was speeding up with the truck in front of me or if I sped up, but nonetheless, I’m not gonna slow down from 80+ MPH on the interstate JUST to let someone in front of me when the space behind me is wide open.

Lesson learned on my part, always be in defensive driving mode. For the rest out there, please for the love of god be more goddamn aware and mindful of those around you on the interstate before you f-ing kill someone. Thanks for reading my little rant.

~Why a Dashcam?~

Dashcams are a cheap insurance policy. In case of an accident, the opposing party can lie about what happened to reduce the likelihood that they are found to be at fault. Happens all the time. Having video of what happened can save you $1000's in insurance and potential legal fees. Dashcams can also get you out of falsely written tickets. If you don't have a dashcam and are given a ticket for an infraction you didn't commit, it's your word vs the police officer's word. With a dashcam, there is irrefutable evidence to prove your innocence. There is absolutely no reason not to get one. See the listings below to get started.

Second, dashcam videos are an excellent form of driver's education. Watching videos of other accidents may help others recognize potential accidents before they happen and maybe even scare them out of bad driving habits such as texting and driving or speeding.
