It's a bug that will get patched before launch..... no one's getting banned. That's why there's a beta to find stuff like this.

They don’t get banned either. Exploiting is how this stuff gets fixed and one or two people doing it doesn’t necessitate bans. They might get rid of ill gotten gains or ban repeat offenders but that’s it

and now the realization should hit you where the beta is for 1-30 content with a lot of stuff obscured/temporarily removed so it cant' be interacted with.

Thats more like the Alpha build. Beta build is what blizzard sells as full release.
