One of the executive producers mentioned the design of the game is "journey before destination." I get the feeling people rushing to the end are going to be disappointed and move on quickly.
Maybe the devs will try to pivot when the sun start to drop, but I wouldn't expect more meaningful end game content for a good minute if you burn through everything in 2-3 weeks.

They really screwed some classes by designing them around level 60 instead of the journey of leveling.
