The ranks have the same scaling. Its only when you level up that the lower ranks gain worse scaling.

Did you do any gear changes in between screenshots to prove the point? I agree that the current system is flawed but just trying to understand the outcome from the screenshots.

Rank 4 should be 40-46 baseline, plus a coefficient of your spellpower (57.1%).

Rank 5 should be 47-53 baseline, plus the same coefficient.

If you made no gear changes then this is a bug on top of the Very Bad Design.

Yea i saw those on forevertalents website, but ingame when im naked rank 4 is 40-47, and rank 5 is 42-48.

Okay, that's comical. If blizz wants to support spell ranks AND meaningful gear upgrades they need to look at this again.
