Dowmvoted because this simply doesn't make sense.

A drug mule would not go directly to do manual labor upon arriving in a country. They would have the drugs extracted/wait for them to excrete.

Nor would someone who swallowed nails be much better off if they didn't have drugs in their system.

C'mon. Be absurdist and offensive, but at least make some sort of sense.
