I think foreign sensibilities are just fun. People are maybe a bit fatigued by the Japanese and their hard-line stances on certain things, software/television piracy being one I've seen, and went looking elsewhere. People on average are very polite, but every culture is unhinged in their own way. We're no different, I know some cultures find the American proclivity to be very out and proud with our politics pretty jarring, maybe funny, too.

Well akschually its just not like that. Theres weibo (Chinese twitter) behind the firewall which everybody uses and sometimes the degeneracy some people post there is just eye watering.

yeah. the only good part is that if they don't get on hrt, they will masculinize with time while we won't. the internet makes the disparity feel worse, in my experience. irl most trans people are unlucky; we just aren't as open online. ive surrounded myself in trans people irl and it helped me feel less alone because im not the unluckiest by far. out of all the others i know, only the trans men pass fully, and i and one other trans woman i know pass about half the time

Oh I see! I do know it's relatively easy to get a VPN in China, but I didn't think they would use twitter when they have their own social media. I guess because twitter is uncensored by Chinese standards? I do see a lot of Chinese Femboy porn and I always thought those were from Taiwan. Pretty much any western platform is less censored than Chinese ones, the bar is very low. Twitter allowing 18+ content is also a major reason of why it's popular among Chinese.
Also why so many Chinese tweets tend to be unhinged horny schizo ramblings. The concentrated horniness of hundreds of millions of Chinese people are hitting the site. Not spread out among dozens like other western websites. Especially when most normal sfw stuff can be posted on party allowed sites.
