Replacement item that wasn’t sold from Amazon, but shipped from them

So the item was damaged and I asked for a replacement. But the item is sold from a third party and shipped from Amazon. 2 questions regarding that:

.will the replacement be fulfilled.
.if the seller doesn’t have anymore, will the item be shipped from another seller who also ships through Amazon?

So, back in July, I bought a $300 gift card for Amazon. Then on August 30th, the balance was removed. I didn’t buy anything’s no transactions occurred. The balance is just gone. I spoke with customer service several times and was told by different departments that nothing could be done. I paid cash for the card, didn’t keep the receipt or the card after I loaded it up. (I was paid cash for my side hustle and I didn’t want to wait for the bank to mess around with my checking account).

So now I’m out $300.
Is there anything else I can try?
If not, let this be a warning, don’t load any money up on Amazon.

I've had two packages that I ordered arrive this week and be placed in my apartment complex's Amazon locker system by usps. I didn't receive a code to open the lockers, and according to the office staff they were supposed to sign me up for the amazon locker service upon move in (which didn't happen). Current management can't get the lockers open, as the previous management had the admin password and didn't give it to them. They haven't had any luck getting into the system, and usps can't open the lockers either. Amazon customer support was useless (they told me they'd transfer me to a specialist, then I was put on "hold" for an hour). What can I do to get my mail?

Amazon order was stolen from my door, Amazon in chat accepted their driver left it in a dumb place, offered a refund, but now won’t refund me unless I upload my government ID to their portal. Am I going crazy? They are holding my money hostage and want my ID as payment?!?

Hi everyone

I just went through a bunch of old purchases to take screenshots to provide for a class action lawsuit with Amazon, where they charged back or didn't refund returned items. This made me realize that many times, I was charged restocking fees or recharged for items that I returned, and I had no idea.

I searched online and couldn't find anything. Is there no service or browser extension that can track your Amazon returns and notify you if you got charged back or if you were charged a restocking fee? I can't imagine that it doesn't exist yet. Someone should vibecode it or something.

Any leads?
